1.2.1427 "Chickcharney" Hotfix #2

Our second hotfix is now live! Update notes are:

"Chickcharney" HOTFIX #2 12/15 

-Fixed an issue preventing users with lots of sideloaded games from entering MAKE. 
-Fixed an issue that could cause game update icons to not appear correctly. 
-Fixed an issue causing some users to see double system updates. (Will take effect when updating out of this version) 
-More Community Content support for developers (also a number of small bug fixes in the launcher)
-As always, miscellaneous bug fixes.
