TYPO3: No page new permission for user 7 on page 1437745640

Solution:

In TYPO3 > System > Access, give the user or group "new page" permission to the parent page.

Seems to be a TYPO3 bug that new pages get created on the same level as the page I clicked "new page" on in the context menu.
