Ubuntu 22.04 + Mate desktop: No window frames

When starting Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with mate-desktop 1.26.0 all the applications started, but they had no border and title bars. There was no mouse cursor I could move, and alt-tab'ing did not work either.

Solution: Install mate-tweak, which had been removed earlier. mate-tweak provides the "marco-no-composite" window manager.
