Debian 13: Show user list on login screen

Login screen is provided by "lightdm".

Package lightdm-settings allows configuration: Users > User list > "Hide the user list" - disable that settings, and reboot the PC.

(lightdm-gtk-greeter-settings has no config options for the user list)
