slack xmpp support quality

Requested a fix for an XMPP issue in Slack, and this is what I got:

We are still addressing critical bugs on the gateways and plan to do so indefinitely, but this is now falling under an enhancement, and those are taking lower priorities as our main focus is the Slack Apps.
