Ubuntu 20.04: ua-messaging service

Is provided by ubuntu-advantage-tools.

Removing it removes "ubuntu-desktop-minimal" and "ubuntu-minimal" and more :(

At least we can disable the service so it does not take up startup time:

$ systemctl disable ua-messaging
